We had been to 2 other stores looking at helmets and trying them on but my heart was set on one certain helmet the Icon AirFlight Helmet. I had found it online and honestly was going to order it online but wanted to see and feel one in person. Cycle Gear had them! Didnt have the one I originally wanted but offered to order it and have it shipped directly to me! I ended up with one they had in store! They were very well priced cheaper then online and cheaper then any of the other 2 stores! The guy that helped us put up with my picky-ness and my husbands crazy antics with stickers but was very helpful! Will def be going here before anywhere else to purchase motorcycle anything!"

"I came to the store to purchase a helmet that was stated to be in stock via the website. Upon arrival I explained this to one of the employees, and he looked, but was unable to find the product, and stated that it was out of stock. I then began to look for a comparable item, until another sales associate asked me what I looking for. After showing him the product online, he did a complete/thorough check, and found the product just as the online site stated. This would have certainly been a 5 star experience, however the first associate dropped the ball. All in all I was pleased that I was able to purchase what I came for."
